Wavvy Beam — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Wavvy Beam is an Android app that sends ("casts") your videos, music, photos and web links from your phone or tablet to your TV, and works as a remote control for Android TV and Google TV. It works with Chromecast and other Google Cast devices, with smart TVs that support DLNA/UPnP (for example many Samsung, LG and Sony TVs), and with our own Wavvy TV Plus app. It can also play media on the device itself.

Your media never passes through our servers. When you cast a file, your phone shares it with your TV directly over your own local network. Nothing is uploaded to us. Your cast history, link history, paired TVs and settings are stored only on your device.

Who is responsible for your data

Wavvy Beam is published by Rize Teknoloji, which also publishes Wavvy TV Plus, Wavvy IP Camera and Wavvy Player. These apps use the same Google Firebase project, and each app keeps its own data separately.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Terms of Use.

This policy is also published in Turkish further down this page. Both versions have the same content; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Information We Process

A. Information on Your Device Only

Your media. To show your videos, music and photos, the app reads them through Android's media library (MediaStore). On Android 13 and later it asks for the "Videos", "Photos" and "Music and audio" permissions (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO), and on Android 14 and later you can allow access to selected photos and videos only. On Android 12 and earlier it uses the standard storage read permission. The app does not request access to all files. Files you share to Wavvy Beam from other apps ("Share" or "Open with") are read only when you send them.

Casting and library data. Recently cast items, playback positions, your recent links, the list of TVs and Cast devices you used, your default device, subtitle settings, thumbnails and your settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device. None of this is uploaded.

Paired TVs. When you pair the remote with an Android TV, the app creates a security certificate on your phone and remembers your TV's certificate so that it can recognise it next time. These are stored only on your device, in encrypted storage (see Section 4).

App lock. If you set a PIN, only a salted one-way hash of it is stored on your device. Fingerprint or face unlock is handled by Android; we never receive biometric data.

B. Information You Provide

Network sources. For SMB, WebDAV and FTP sources you enter a name, server address, port, folder path, user name and password. Media servers (DLNA/UPnP) are found on your local network.

Links and playlists. Web addresses and M3U playlist addresses that you paste, share to the app or open in the in-app browser.

Profiles. Profile names, whether a profile is marked as a kids profile, and which sources belong to it.

Wavvy TV Plus sign-in details. When you use "Send to Wavvy TV", you may type a playlist address or Xtream Codes server, user name and password. These are passed to your TV as described in Section 5 and are not saved in Wavvy Beam.

On your device, network passwords and the remote's security certificate are stored with Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences, backed by the Android Keystore. Everything else is stored in the app's private storage.

C. Account Identifiers

Guest account. When you first open the app, an anonymous Firebase account is created. It is not linked to your name or email. A guest account never syncs profiles or network sources to the cloud.

Google account (optional). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your display name and a Firebase user ID. Because our other Wavvy apps use the same Firebase project, signing in with the same Google account in them uses the same Firebase user ID. Each app keeps its own data separately.

D. Free Trial Records

New installs get a 7-day free trial of Pro. To stop the trial from being restarted by reinstalling the app or changing the device clock, we store two small records in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore:

To read the current time reliably, the app also asks Android for network time and sends a short request to Google's connectivity check address (clients3.google.com/generate_204). Only the response's date is used.

E. Advertising Data (phones and tablets only)

On phones and tablets, the free version uses optional rewarded ads: after the free trial, one short ad you choose to watch on the Pro screen unlocks three hours of the free version. Ads are never shown automatically, never while you start or control a cast, never on the remote and never when the app opens. There are no banner or full-screen ads. What is already playing on your TV keeps playing while you watch an ad. Android TV devices show no ads and do not start any advertising SDK.

On phones and tablets, the advertising SDK starts shortly after the app opens so that an ad is ready when you ask for one. From that point our advertising partners may collect:

F. Real-Time Usage Counter

While the app is open on screen, it keeps one small record in Firebase Realtime Database so we can see how many people are using it right now. The record contains a random installation ID created by the app, a timestamp, your app version, whether the device is a TV or a phone/tablet, your access type (free trial, Pro, ad-unlocked time or free version), whether you are signed in with Google, the part of the app that is open (for example casting, remote, web, Wavvy TV, browsing, playing or idle) and your approximate country and city.

The country and city come from your IP address. The app asks ipwho.is, or GeoJS as a fallback, once and keeps the answer on your device. File names, links, device or TV names and media content are never included. The record contains no name or email address, and it is deleted automatically by the server as soon as you leave the app, close it or lose your connection.

G. Usage Statistics and Crash Reports

Usage statistics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used: which screens are opened, which kind of device you cast to (Chromecast, DLNA TV or Wavvy TV) and whether the connection worked, the media type and file extension (for example MKV), whether remote pairing succeeded, which remote buttons are used, your device type, how the app was installed, when the Pro screen is shown, when a rewarded ad is watched, and when a purchase is started or completed. For text typed on the remote and for searches we record only the length, never the text. These events contain no file names, links, web pages, TV names, server addresses, user names, passwords or voice data. Firebase Analytics uses an app instance ID and may derive your approximate location from your IP address.

Crash reports. We use Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, we receive the error details, your device model, Android version and app version. Crash reports contain no server addresses or passwords.

Remote settings. The app downloads settings from Firebase Remote Config so that we can adjust features without an update. This request carries the app instance ID and basic device information, but no personal content.

Analytics and Crashlytics are switched off in development (debug) builds.

H. Information We Do Not Collect

3. Casting and Your Local Network

Local media server. When you cast a file from your phone, the app starts a small web server on your phone. It can be reached only on your local network (your Wi-Fi) and only while casting is active. Each file you choose gets its own long, random address (token); only the files you chose are shared, and there is no way to list other files. Your TV or Chromecast downloads the file from your phone directly. The server stops when casting ends. Because anyone on the same local network who knew a token address could open that file while it is shared, use casting on networks you trust.

Keeping the cast running. While casting, the app runs a foreground service with a notification, and keeps Wi-Fi and the processor awake so that playback on your TV does not stop when your phone's screen turns off or locks. The service stops when casting ends.

Chromecast and other Google Cast devices. Finding Cast devices and connecting to them is handled by Google Play services (Google Cast) on your phone. Wavvy Beam uses Google's standard media receiver on your Cast device. The Cast device receives the address of the media, its title and, where available, a thumbnail and a subtitle address, and then loads the media from your phone or from the web address. Google's processing for Google Cast is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

DLNA/UPnP smart TVs. To find TVs, the app sends a multicast discovery message on your local network and reads the replies. To play, it sends your TV the media address, title and, where available, a subtitle address using standard UPnP commands. Your TV then loads the media from your phone.

Web links and playlists. When you cast a web address or a playlist entry, your TV or Cast device usually connects directly to that address, so the website sees the TV's request.

Network sources. When you cast from an SMB, WebDAV or FTP source, your phone signs in to that server (sending your user name and password only to that server), reads the file and passes it to your TV through the local media server.

Subtitles. Subtitle files are converted on your device when needed (for example SRT to WebVTT for Chromecast, and fixing Turkish character encoding), then offered to your TV through the local media server.

None of this traffic goes through our servers. The operator of a website, server or stream you use is responsible for what it does.

4. Android TV Remote

Finding and pairing. The remote finds Android TV and Google TV devices on your local network. To pair, your TV shows a code that you enter in the app. The app creates a security certificate on your phone and stores your TV's certificate so the connection is encrypted and your phone only talks to the TV you paired. These certificates are stored only on your device.

What is sent to your TV. Button presses, volume changes, app shortcuts and the text you type with the remote keyboard are sent directly to your TV over this encrypted local connection. Your TV may send back basic information such as its name and volume level. None of this is sent to us.

Voice search. The app asks for the microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) only the first time you tap the microphone button on the remote. Audio is recorded only while the microphone button is active (for a few seconds at most, or until you tap it again) and is streamed directly to your TV. It is not saved on your phone and is never sent to us. Your TV and its voice assistant process your voice under the terms of your TV's maker or of Google. If your TV does not accept voice from the app, the app opens your phone's speech recognition (provided by your device, for example by Google), and only the recognized text is sent to your TV.

The remote uses the TV's own remote control protocol. It is not an official Google product, and a TV update may change how it works.

5. Sending to Wavvy TV Plus

Wavvy TV Plus is our app for playing IPTV playlists on your TV. "Send to Wavvy TV" uses its existing sign-in by code:

If you are not signed in, Wavvy Beam uses an anonymous account for this step. Your use of Wavvy TV Plus is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. In-App Browser

The in-app browser uses Android's WebView. Websites you visit may set cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. While a page is open, the app looks for video and audio addresses on it so that you can cast them. The app does not download or save media from websites and does not bypass copy protection. YouTube pages are not supported. Addresses you cast from the browser appear in your recent links on your device only.

7. Cloud Synchronization and Encryption

Optional, only for Google accounts. If you sign in with Google, only your profiles and saved network sources are synced across your devices using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Guest accounts never sync.

What is synced. Profile names and the kids-profile setting; for each network source its type, name, server address, port, folder path, user name, display order and the date it was added, and the password in encrypted form.

What is never synced. Your media, recent casts and links, paired TVs and their certificates, Wavvy TV sign-in details, playback positions and settings.

Encryption. All traffic to our cloud uses HTTPS. Network passwords are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your device before they are uploaded. If that encryption fails, the upload is cancelled; a password is never written to the cloud in plain text.

Signing out. When you sign out, the synced profiles and sources are removed from that device. They stay in your cloud account and come back when you sign in again.

8. Advertising and Your Consent

Rewarded ads are delivered through CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions), a mediation platform, which requests ads on our behalf from:

Each of these is an independent data controller for the data it collects and has its own privacy policy.

Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and regions with similar rules, a consent form managed by Google's User Messaging Platform is shown before personalized ads are used. Personalized advertising runs only if you agree.

10. Subscriptions and Purchases

Free trial. New installs get 7 days of full Pro access. No payment card is needed. The app shows you how much of it is left.

Free version. After the trial, on phones and tablets one short rewarded ad gives three hours of access to the free version. On Android TV, the free version is available as "Limited access" without ads. The TV remote is always free, with no ads.

Pro. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Purchases follow your Google Play account, so Pro bought on a phone also applies on your tablet and Android TV.

Payment data. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card number or any financial record. We only learn whether a purchase is active.

12. International Data Transfers

We are established in Türkiye. Google and our advertising partners process data on servers in the United States and other countries, which may not offer the same level of protection as your own. Where required, these transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider. For users in Türkiye, transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Article 9.

13. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

For residents of California and other US states with equivalent laws: We do not sell your personal information for money. Our advertising partners' use of identifiers may count as "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by declining personalized ads, resetting your advertising ID, or emailing us.

To exercise any right, email wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr. We respond within 30 days.

14. Deleting Your Data

On your device. Delete a profile, network source, recent link or paired TV inside the app, or clear the app's storage in Android Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on the device, including paired TVs and your history. Your media files themselves are never changed or deleted by these actions.

In the app. Open My account → Delete my cloud data. Your synced profiles and network sources (including encrypted passwords) and your account's trial record are deleted from the cloud right away, they are cleared from this device and you are signed out. Other devices signed in with the same account remove them at their next sync. Your Google account, your media files and your other Wavvy apps are not affected.

On the web. Use our data deletion page or email wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr from the Google account you use in the app. We delete your synced profiles, network sources and your account's trial record within 30 days. If you ask, we also delete your sign-in account from our system; because the same sign-in account is used by our other Wavvy apps, this also removes your data in those apps.

15. Children's Privacy

Wavvy Beam is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country, where that is higher). The kids profile is a setting that parents can use on their own device; it does not create an account for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr and we will delete it.

16. Security

The local media server and some network protocols, such as DLNA, FTP, older SMB versions and plain http streams, are not encrypted. That traffic stays on your local network or between your devices and your server, so its protection depends on your network. Avoid casting on public or untrusted Wi-Fi.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

17. Trademarks

Chromecast, Google Cast, Android TV and Google TV are trademarks of Google LLC. Samsung, LG and Sony are trademarks of their owners. Wavvy Beam is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, Samsung, LG or Sony.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. When we do, we revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

1. Giriş

Wavvy Beam, videolarınızı, müziklerinizi, fotoğraflarınızı ve web bağlantılarını telefonunuzdan veya tabletinizden TV'nize gönderen ("yansıtan") ve Android TV ile Google TV için kumanda olarak çalışan bir Android uygulamasıdır. Chromecast ve diğer Google Cast cihazlarıyla, DLNA/UPnP destekleyen akıllı TV'lerle (örneğin birçok Samsung, LG ve Sony TV) ve kendi uygulamamız Wavvy TV Plus ile uyumludur. Medyayı cihazın kendisinde de oynatabilir.

Medyanız hiçbir zaman sunucularımızdan geçmez. Bir dosyayı yansıttığınızda telefonunuz onu kendi yerel ağınız üzerinden doğrudan TV'nizle paylaşır. Bize hiçbir şey yüklenmez. Yansıtma geçmişiniz, bağlantı geçmişiniz, eşleştirdiğiniz TV'ler ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

2. İşlediğimiz Veriler

A. Yalnızca Cihazınızda Kalan Bilgiler

Medyanız. Videolarınızı, müziklerinizi ve fotoğraflarınızı gösterebilmek için uygulama bunları Android'in medya kitaplığı (MediaStore) üzerinden okur. Android 13 ve sonrasında "Videolar", "Fotoğraflar" ve "Müzik ve ses" izinlerini (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO) ister; Android 14 ve sonrasında yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğraf ve videolara erişim verebilirsiniz. Android 12 ve öncesinde standart depolama okuma iznini kullanır. Uygulama tüm dosyalara erişim izni istemez. Başka uygulamalardan Wavvy Beam'e paylaştığınız ("Paylaş" veya "Birlikte aç") dosyalar yalnızca siz gönderdiğinizde okunur.

Eşleştirilen TV'ler. Kumandayı bir Android TV ile eşleştirdiğinizde uygulama telefonunuzda bir güvenlik sertifikası oluşturur ve TV'nizi bir sonraki sefer tanıyabilmek için TV'nin sertifikasını hatırlar. Bunlar yalnızca cihazınızda, şifreli depolamada saklanır (bkz. Bölüm 4).

Uygulama kilidi. PIN belirlerseniz cihazınızda yalnızca PIN'in tuzlanmış, tek yönlü özeti saklanır. Parmak izi veya yüzle açma Android tarafından yürütülür; biyometrik veriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz.

B. Sizin Sağladığınız Bilgiler

Wavvy TV Plus giriş bilgileri. "Wavvy TV'ye gönder" özelliğini kullandığınızda bir oynatma listesi adresi ya da Xtream Codes sunucusu, kullanıcı adı ve parolası yazabilirsiniz. Bunlar Bölüm 5'te anlatıldığı gibi TV'nize iletilir ve Wavvy Beam'de saklanmaz.

Cihazınızda ağ parolaları ve kumandanın güvenlik sertifikası, Android Keystore ile desteklenen EncryptedSharedPreferences kullanılarak saklanır. Diğer her şey uygulamanın özel alanında tutulur.

C. Hesap Tanımlayıcıları

Misafir hesap. Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda anonim bir Firebase hesabı oluşturulur. Bu hesap adınıza veya e-postanıza bağlı değildir. Misafir hesap, profilleri ve ağ kaynaklarını hiçbir zaman buluta eşitlemez.

Google hesabı (isteğe bağlı). Google ile giriş yaparsanız e-posta adresinizi, görünen adınızı ve bir Firebase kullanıcı kimliğini alırız. Diğer Wavvy uygulamalarımız aynı Firebase projesini kullandığı için onlarda aynı Google hesabıyla giriş yapmak aynı Firebase kullanıcı kimliğini kullanır. Her uygulama kendi verisini ayrı tutar.

D. Ücretsiz Deneme Kayıtları

Yeni kurulumlar 7 günlük ücretsiz Pro denemesi alır. Denemenin uygulamayı yeniden kurarak veya cihaz saatini değiştirerek baştan başlatılmasını önlemek için Google Firebase Cloud Firestore'da iki küçük kayıt tutarız:

E. Reklam Verileri (yalnızca telefon ve tablet)

Telefon ve tabletlerde ücretsiz sürüm isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam kullanır: ücretsiz deneme bittikten sonra Pro ekranında izlemeyi seçtiğiniz kısa bir reklam, ücretsiz sürümü üç saat boyunca açar. Reklamlar asla kendiliğinden gösterilmez; yansıtmayı başlatırken veya kontrol ederken, kumandada ve uygulama açılırken hiçbir zaman çıkmaz. Banner veya tam ekran reklam yoktur. Siz reklam izlerken TV'nizde oynayan içerik oynamaya devam eder. Android TV cihazlarında reklam gösterilmez ve hiçbir reklam SDK'sı başlatılmaz.

Telefon ve tabletlerde, istediğinizde bir reklamın hazır olması için reklam SDK'sı uygulama açıldıktan kısa süre sonra başlar. Bu andan itibaren reklam iş ortaklarımız şunları toplayabilir:

F. Anlık Kullanıcı Sayacı

Uygulama ekranda açıkken, o anda kaç kişinin kullandığını görebilmemiz için Firebase Realtime Database'de küçük bir kayıt tutar. Kayıt şunları içerir: uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele bir kurulum kimliği, bir zaman damgası, uygulama sürümünüz, cihazın TV mi yoksa telefon/tablet mi olduğu, erişim türünüz (ücretsiz deneme, Pro, reklamla açılan süre veya ücretsiz sürüm), Google ile giriş yapıp yapmadığınız, uygulamanın açık olan bölümü (örneğin yansıtma, kumanda, web, Wavvy TV, göz atma, oynatma veya boşta) ve yaklaşık ülkeniz ile şehriniz.

Ülke ve şehir IP adresinizden belirlenir. Uygulama bunu bir kez ipwho.is'e, olmazsa GeoJS'e sorar ve cevabı cihazınızda saklar. Dosya adları, bağlantılar, cihaz veya TV adları ve medya içeriği asla kayda girmez. Kayıtta adınız veya e-posta adresiniz bulunmaz; uygulamadan çıktığınız, uygulamayı kapattığınız ya da bağlantınız koptuğu anda sunucu tarafından otomatik olarak silinir.

G. Kullanım İstatistikleri ve Çökme Raporları

Kullanım istatistikleri. Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için Google Firebase Analytics kullanıyoruz: hangi ekranların açıldığı, hangi tür cihaza yansıtıldığı (Chromecast, DLNA TV veya Wavvy TV) ve bağlantının başarılı olup olmadığı, medya türü ve dosya uzantısı (örneğin MKV), kumanda eşleştirmesinin başarılı olup olmadığı, hangi kumanda tuşlarının kullanıldığı, cihaz türünüz, uygulamanın nereden yüklendiği, Pro ekranının ne zaman gösterildiği, ödüllü reklamın ne zaman izlendiği ve bir satın almanın ne zaman başlatılıp tamamlandığı. Kumandada yazılan metin ve aramalar için yalnızca uzunluğu kaydederiz, metnin kendisini asla. Bu olaylar dosya adı, bağlantı, web sayfası, TV adı, sunucu adresi, kullanıcı adı, parola veya ses verisi içermez. Firebase Analytics bir uygulama örneği kimliği kullanır ve IP adresinizden yaklaşık konumunuzu çıkarabilir.

Çökme raporları. Firebase Crashlytics kullanıyoruz. Uygulama çöktüğünde veya beklenmeyen bir hatayla karşılaştığında hata ayrıntılarını, cihaz modelinizi, Android sürümünüzü ve uygulama sürümünü alırız. Çökme raporları sunucu adresi veya parola içermez.

Uzaktan ayarlar. Özellikleri güncelleme yayınlamadan ayarlayabilmek için uygulama Firebase Remote Config üzerinden ayar indirir. Bu istek uygulama örneği kimliğini ve temel cihaz bilgilerini taşır, kişisel içerik taşımaz.

Analytics ve Crashlytics geliştirme (debug) sürümlerinde kapalıdır.

H. Toplamadığımız Veriler

3. Yansıtma ve Yerel Ağınız

Yerel medya sunucusu. Telefonunuzdaki bir dosyayı yansıttığınızda uygulama telefonunuzda küçük bir web sunucusu başlatır. Bu sunucuya yalnızca yerel ağınızdan (Wi-Fi'nizden) ve yalnızca yansıtma sürerken erişilebilir. Seçtiğiniz her dosya kendi uzun, rastgele adresini (jetonunu) alır; yalnızca seçtiğiniz dosyalar paylaşılır ve başka dosyaları listelemenin bir yolu yoktur. TV'niz veya Chromecast'iniz dosyayı doğrudan telefonunuzdan indirir. Yansıtma bitince sunucu durur. Aynı yerel ağdaki biri bir jeton adresini bilirse dosya paylaşılırken onu açabileceği için yansıtmayı güvendiğiniz ağlarda kullanın.

Yansıtmanın kesilmemesi. Yansıtma sürerken uygulama bildirimli bir ön plan hizmeti çalıştırır ve telefonunuzun ekranı kapandığında veya kilitlendiğinde TV'deki oynatma durmasın diye Wi-Fi'yi ve işlemciyi uyanık tutar. Yansıtma bitince hizmet durur.

Chromecast ve diğer Google Cast cihazları. Cast cihazlarının bulunması ve onlara bağlanılması telefonunuzdaki Google Play hizmetleri (Google Cast) tarafından yürütülür. Wavvy Beam, Cast cihazınızda Google'ın standart medya alıcısını kullanır. Cast cihazı medyanın adresini, başlığını ve varsa bir küçük resim ile altyazı adresini alır, ardından medyayı telefonunuzdan veya web adresinden yükler. Google'ın Google Cast için yaptığı işlemler Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

DLNA/UPnP akıllı TV'ler. TV'leri bulmak için uygulama yerel ağınıza bir çoklu yayın (multicast) keşif mesajı gönderir ve gelen yanıtları okur. Oynatmak için standart UPnP komutlarıyla TV'nize medya adresini, başlığını ve varsa altyazı adresini gönderir. TV'niz ardından medyayı telefonunuzdan yükler.

Web bağlantıları ve oynatma listeleri. Bir web adresini veya oynatma listesindeki bir öğeyi yansıttığınızda TV'niz veya Cast cihazınız genellikle doğrudan o adrese bağlanır; bu yüzden web sitesi TV'nin isteğini görür.

Ağ kaynakları. SMB, WebDAV veya FTP kaynağından yansıttığınızda telefonunuz o sunucuda oturum açar (kullanıcı adınızı ve parolanızı yalnızca o sunucuya gönderir), dosyayı okur ve yerel medya sunucusu üzerinden TV'nize iletir.

Altyazılar. Altyazı dosyaları gerektiğinde cihazınızda dönüştürülür (örneğin Chromecast için SRT'den WebVTT'ye, Türkçe karakter kodlamasının düzeltilmesi) ve yerel medya sunucusu üzerinden TV'nize sunulur.

Bu trafiğin hiçbiri bizim sunucularımızdan geçmez. Kullandığınız web sitesinin, sunucunun veya yayının yaptıklarından onun işletmecisi sorumludur.

4. Android TV Kumandası

Bulma ve eşleştirme. Kumanda, yerel ağınızdaki Android TV ve Google TV cihazlarını bulur. Eşleştirmek için TV'niz bir kod gösterir, siz bu kodu uygulamaya girersiniz. Uygulama telefonunuzda bir güvenlik sertifikası oluşturur ve bağlantının şifreli olması, telefonunuzun yalnızca eşleştirdiğiniz TV ile konuşması için TV'nizin sertifikasını saklar. Bu sertifikalar yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur.

TV'nize ne gönderilir. Tuş basışları, ses değişiklikleri, uygulama kısayolları ve kumanda klavyesiyle yazdığınız metin bu şifreli yerel bağlantı üzerinden doğrudan TV'nize gönderilir. TV'niz adı ve ses düzeyi gibi temel bilgileri geri gönderebilir. Bunların hiçbiri bize gönderilmez.

Sesli arama. Uygulama mikrofon iznini (RECORD_AUDIO) yalnızca kumandadaki mikrofon düğmesine ilk dokunduğunuzda ister. Ses yalnızca mikrofon düğmesi etkinken (en fazla birkaç saniye ya da düğmeye tekrar dokunana kadar) kaydedilir ve doğrudan TV'nize aktarılır. Telefonunuzda saklanmaz ve bize asla gönderilmez. Sesiniz TV'nizin ve onun sesli asistanının, yani TV üreticisinin veya Google'ın koşullarına göre işlenir. TV'niz uygulamadan ses kabul etmiyorsa uygulama telefonunuzun konuşma tanıma özelliğini açar (cihazınız tarafından, örneğin Google tarafından sağlanır) ve TV'nize yalnızca tanınan metin gönderilir.

Kumanda, TV'nin kendi kumanda protokolünü kullanır. Resmi bir Google ürünü değildir ve bir TV güncellemesi çalışma şeklini değiştirebilir.

5. Wavvy TV Plus'a Gönderme

Wavvy TV Plus, IPTV oynatma listelerini TV'nizde oynatmaya yarayan uygulamamızdır. "Wavvy TV'ye gönder" özelliği, onun mevcut kodla giriş yöntemini kullanır:

Giriş yapmamışsanız Wavvy Beam bu adım için anonim bir hesap kullanır. Wavvy TV Plus kullanımınız onun kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

6. Uygulama İçi Tarayıcı

Uygulama içi tarayıcı Android'in WebView bileşenini kullanır. Ziyaret ettiğiniz web siteleri çerez bırakabilir ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre veri toplayabilir. Bir sayfa açıkken uygulama, onları yansıtabilmeniz için sayfadaki video ve ses adreslerini arar. Uygulama web sitelerinden medya indirmez veya kaydetmez ve kopya korumasını aşmaz. YouTube sayfaları desteklenmez. Tarayıcıdan yansıttığınız adresler yalnızca cihazınızdaki son bağlantılarda görünür.

7. Bulut Eşitleme ve Şifreleme

İsteğe bağlı, yalnızca Google hesapları için. Google ile giriş yaparsanız yalnızca profilleriniz ve kayıtlı ağ kaynaklarınız Google Firebase Cloud Firestore üzerinden cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenir. Misafir hesaplar hiçbir zaman eşitlenmez.

Eşitlenenler. Profil adları ve çocuk profili ayarı; her ağ kaynağının türü, adı, sunucu adresi, portu, klasör yolu, kullanıcı adı, sıralaması ve eklendiği tarih ile şifrelenmiş hâlde parolası.

Asla eşitlenmeyenler. Medyanız, son yansıtılanlar ve bağlantılar, eşleştirilen TV'ler ve sertifikaları, Wavvy TV giriş bilgileri, kaldığınız yerler ve ayarlarınız.

Şifreleme. Bulutumuza giden tüm trafik HTTPS kullanır. Ağ parolaları ayrıca yüklenmeden önce cihazınızda AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir. Bu şifreleme başarısız olursa yükleme iptal edilir; bir parola buluta hiçbir zaman düz metin olarak yazılmaz.

Çıkış yapmak. Çıkış yaptığınızda eşitlenmiş profiller ve kaynaklar o cihazdan kaldırılır. Bulut hesabınızda kalırlar ve tekrar giriş yaptığınızda geri gelirler.

8. Reklamlar ve Rızanız

Ödüllü reklamlar bir mediation platformu olan CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions) üzerinden sunulur. CAS.AI bizim adımıza şu ağlardan reklam talep eder:

Bu ağların her biri, topladığı veriler bakımından bağımsız veri sorumlusudur ve kendi gizlilik politikasına sahiptir.

Rıza. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve benzer kuralların geçerli olduğu bölgelerde, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam kullanılmadan önce Google User Messaging Platform ile yönetilen bir rıza formu gösterilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onay vermeniz hâlinde çalışır.

10. Abonelikler ve Satın Almalar

Ücretsiz deneme. Yeni kurulumlar 7 gün boyunca tam Pro erişimi alır. Ödeme kartı gerekmez. Uygulama ne kadar kaldığını gösterir.

Ücretsiz sürüm. Deneme bittikten sonra telefon ve tabletlerde kısa bir ödüllü reklam, ücretsiz sürüme üç saatlik erişim verir. Android TV'de ücretsiz sürüm reklamsız "Sınırlı erişim" olarak kullanılır. TV kumandası her zaman ücretsiz ve reklamsızdır.

Pro. Aylık veya yıllık abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Abonelikler, Google Play'den iptal edene kadar otomatik olarak yenilenir. Satın almalar Google Play hesabınıza bağlıdır; telefonda alınan Pro, tabletinizde ve Android TV'nizde de geçerlidir.

Ödeme verileri. Tüm ödemeler Google Play Billing tarafından işlenir. Kart numaranızı veya herhangi bir finansal kaydınızı asla görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Yalnızca bir satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını öğreniriz.

12. Yurt Dışına Veri Aktarımı

Türkiye'de yerleşiğiz. Google ve reklam iş ortaklarımız verileri Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve diğer ülkelerdeki sunucularda işler; bu ülkeler kendi ülkenizle aynı düzeyde koruma sunmayabilir. Gerekli olduğu hâllerde bu aktarımlar Avrupa Komisyonu'nun Standart Sözleşme Hükümlerine veya sağlayıcının sunduğu eşdeğer bir güvenceye dayanır. Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar bakımından aktarımlar KVKK Madde 9 uyarınca gerçekleştirilir.

13. Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) dahil, şu haklara sahipsiniz:

Kaliforniya ve eşdeğer yasaları olan diğer ABD eyaletlerindeki kullanıcılar için: Kişisel bilgilerinizi para karşılığı satmıyoruz. Reklam iş ortaklarımızın tanımlayıcıları kullanması CPRA kapsamında "paylaşım" sayılabilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı reddederek, reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayarak veya bize e-posta göndererek çıkış yapabilirsiniz.

Herhangi bir hakkınızı kullanmak için wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın. 30 gün içinde yanıt veriyoruz.

14. Verilerinizi Silme

Cihazınızda. Uygulama içinden bir profili, ağ kaynağını, son bağlantıyı veya eşleştirilmiş TV'yi silin ya da Android Ayarları'ndan uygulamanın depolama alanını temizleyin. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da eşleştirilen TV'ler ve geçmişiniz dahil cihazda saklanan her şeyi siler. Medya dosyalarınız bu işlemlerle hiçbir zaman değiştirilmez veya silinmez.

Uygulama içinden. Hesabım → Bulut verilerimi sil bölümünü açın. Eşitlenmiş profilleriniz ve ağ kaynaklarınız (şifreli parolalar dahil) ile hesabınıza ait deneme kaydı buluttan hemen silinir, bu cihazdan da kaldırılır ve oturumunuz kapatılır. Aynı hesapla giriş yapmış diğer cihazlar bunları bir sonraki eşitlemede kaldırır. Google hesabınız, medya dosyalarınız ve diğer Wavvy uygulamalarınız etkilenmez.

Web üzerinden. Veri silme sayfamızı kullanın veya uygulamada kullandığınız Google hesabından wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın. Eşitlenmiş profillerinizi, ağ kaynaklarınızı ve hesabınıza ait deneme kaydını 30 gün içinde sileriz. İsterseniz sistemimizdeki giriş hesabınızı da sileriz; aynı giriş hesabı diğer Wavvy uygulamalarımızda da kullanıldığı için bu, o uygulamalardaki verilerinizi de siler.

15. Çocukların Gizliliği

Wavvy Beam 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir (ülkenizde dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse, o yaşın altındakilere). Çocuk profili, ebeveynlerin kendi cihazlarında kullanabileceği bir ayardır; çocuk adına hesap açmaz. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın, veriyi sileriz.

16. Güvenlik

Yerel medya sunucusu ile DLNA, FTP, eski SMB sürümleri ve düz http yayınları gibi bazı ağ protokolleri şifresizdir. Bu trafik yerel ağınızda ya da cihazlarınız ile sunucunuz arasında kalır, bu yüzden korunması ağınıza bağlıdır. Herkese açık veya güvenmediğiniz Wi-Fi ağlarında yansıtma yapmaktan kaçının.

Hiçbir sistem kusursuz biçimde güvenli değildir. Kişisel verilerinizi etkileyen bir ihlalden haberdar olursak, yasanın gerektirdiği şekilde sizi ve ilgili makamı bilgilendiririz.

17. Markalar

Chromecast, Google Cast, Android TV ve Google TV, Google LLC'nin ticari markalarıdır. Samsung, LG ve Sony, sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır. Wavvy Beam; Google, Samsung, LG veya Sony ile bağlantılı değildir, bu şirketler tarafından onaylanmamış veya desteklenmemektedir.

18. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Uygulama değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde en üstteki "Son Güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Bir değişiklik verilerinizi işleme şeklimizi esaslı biçimde etkiliyorsa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde sizi bilgilendiririz.
