1. Our Position
Wavvy Beam is a casting tool and TV remote. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the people who use the App to do the same.
Wavvy Beam provides no content and hosts no content. It contains no films, series, channels, playlists or catalogs and no built-in streams, and it does not search for or suggest content. It only sends media that the user already has or chooses — files on the user's own device, the user's own network shares and media servers, and web links or playlists the user opens — from the user's phone to the user's own TV over the user's local network.
We do not host, upload, store, sell or index any media. Files go directly from the user's phone to the user's TV, and web links are loaded by the TV from the website that offers them. Nothing passes through our servers. The in-app browser does not download media and does not bypass copy protection, and YouTube is not supported. Users are responsible for having the rights to the content they cast.
What is under our control:
- The App itself, including its code, design, name and logos
- Its Google Play store listing, including the screenshots and graphics
- This website
2. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material in the App, its store listing or this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent at wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr with the subject line "Copyright Notice". We accept notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), and from rights holders in any country.
To be effective, your notice must include:
- The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- Identification of the infringing material, with enough information for us to find it — for example, a screenshot of the App or the store listing showing where it appears
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may delay our response.
3. What We Do
When we receive a valid notice we act promptly, usually within 5 business days:
- The App, store listing or this website: we remove or change the identified material.
- Files, links or streams a user casts: we do not host, receive or index these, and we cannot remove them from a user's device, server, TV or network, or from a website. If content is being published or shared somewhere, please contact the website, server operator or service where it is available.
- Users: where a notice shows that a specific account is being used to infringe, we may act under Section 5.
We will let you know what action we took.
4. Counter-Notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we suspend or terminate the accounts of users found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
6. False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please get legal advice first.
7. Trademarks and Other Complaints
Chromecast, Google Cast, Android TV and Google TV are trademarks of Google LLC. Samsung, LG and Sony are trademarks of their owners. Wavvy Beam is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, Samsung, LG or Sony, and uses these names only to describe compatibility.
Trademark and other intellectual property complaints can be sent to the same address. You can also report an app on Google Play directly to Google through its legal help center.

1. Tutumumuz
Wavvy Beam bir yansıtma aracı ve TV kumandasıdır. Fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı duyarız ve Uygulamayı kullananlardan da aynısını bekleriz.
Wavvy Beam içerik sağlamaz ve içerik barındırmaz. Film, dizi, kanal, oynatma listesi, katalog veya hazır yayın içermez; içerik aramaz veya önermez. Yalnızca kullanıcının zaten sahip olduğu veya seçtiği medyayı — kullanıcının kendi cihazındaki dosyaları, kendi ağ paylaşımlarını ve medya sunucularını, açtığı web bağlantılarını veya oynatma listelerini — kullanıcının yerel ağı üzerinden kendi telefonundan kendi TV'sine gönderir.
Hiçbir medyayı barındırmaz, yüklemez, saklamaz, satmaz veya dizine eklemeyiz. Dosyalar doğrudan kullanıcının telefonundan kullanıcının TV'sine gider; web bağlantıları TV tarafından onları sunan web sitesinden yüklenir. Hiçbir şey sunucularımızdan geçmez. Uygulama içi tarayıcı medya indirmez ve kopya korumasını aşmaz; YouTube desteklenmez. Yansıttığı içeriğin haklarına sahip olmaktan kullanıcı sorumludur.

2. İhlal Bildirimi
Uygulamadaki, mağaza sayfasındaki veya bu web sitesindeki bir materyalin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, konu satırı "Copyright Notice" olan yazılı bir bildirimi telif hakkı temsilcimize, wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine gönderin. ABD Dijital Milenyum Telif Hakkı Yasası (17 U.S.C. § 512) kapsamındaki bildirimleri ve her ülkeden hak sahiplerinin bildirimlerini kabul ederiz.
Bildiriminizin geçerli olması için şunları içermesi gerekir:
- Telif hakkı sahibinin veya onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili kişinin fiziksel veya elektronik imzası
- İhlal edildiğini iddia ettiğiniz eserin tanımı
- İhlal eden materyalin, onu bulabilmemize yetecek bilgiyle tanımı; örneğin materyalin göründüğü yeri gösteren bir Uygulama veya mağaza sayfası ekran görüntüsü

Eksik bildirimler yanıtımızı geciktirebilir.
3. Ne Yapıyoruz
Geçerli bir bildirim aldığımızda, genellikle 5 iş günü içinde hızla harekete geçeriz:
- Uygulama, mağaza sayfası veya bu web sitesi: Belirtilen materyali kaldırır veya değiştiririz.
- Kullanıcının yansıttığı dosyalar, bağlantılar veya yayınlar: Bunları barındırmayız, almayız veya dizine eklemeyiz; kullanıcının cihazından, sunucusundan, TV'sinden veya ağından ya da bir web sitesinden kaldıramayız. İçerik bir yerde yayımlanıyor veya paylaşılıyorsa, lütfen bulunduğu web sitesine, sunucu işletmecisine veya hizmete başvurun.
- Kullanıcılar: Bir bildirim belirli bir hesabın ihlal için kullanıldığını gösteriyorsa Bölüm 5'e göre işlem yapabiliriz.

4. İtiraz Bildirimi
Sağladığınız bir materyal kaldırıldıysa ve bunun bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama nedeniyle olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, aynı adrese itiraz bildirimi gönderebilirsiniz. İtiraz bildirimi şunları içermelidir:
- Fiziksel veya elektronik imzanız
- Kaldırılan materyalin ve kaldırılmadan önce nerede göründüğünün tanımı
- Materyalin bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama nedeniyle kaldırıldığına iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair, yalan beyanın yasal sonuçlarını kabul ederek verdiğiniz bir beyan
- Adınız, adresiniz ve telefon numaranız; adresinizin bağlı olduğu mahkemelerin (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dışındaysanız, bulunabileceğimiz herhangi bir yargı bölgesinin) yetkisini kabul ettiğinize ve asıl bildirimi gönderen kişiden tebligat kabul edeceğinize dair bir beyan
Geçerli bir itiraz bildirimi alırsak, asıl bildirimi gönderen kişi dava açtığını bize bildirmedikçe materyali 10 ila 14 iş günü sonra geri yükleyebiliriz.
5. Tekrarlayan İhlaller
Uygun durumlarda, başkalarının haklarını tekrar tekrar ihlal ettiği tespit edilen kullanıcıların hesaplarını askıya alır veya sonlandırırız.
6. Asılsız Bildirimler
17 U.S.C. § 512(f) uyarınca, bir materyalin ihlal oluşturduğunu veya yanlışlıkla kaldırıldığını bilerek gerçeğe aykırı biçimde beyan eden kişi tazminattan sorumlu tutulabilir. Bir materyalin haklarınızı ihlal edip etmediğinden emin değilseniz önce hukuki destek alın.
7. Markalar ve Diğer Şikâyetler
Chromecast, Google Cast, Android TV ve Google TV, Google LLC'nin ticari markalarıdır. Samsung, LG ve Sony, sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır. Wavvy Beam; Google, Samsung, LG veya Sony ile bağlantılı değildir, bu şirketler tarafından onaylanmamış veya desteklenmemektedir ve bu adları yalnızca uyumluluğu anlatmak için kullanır.
Marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet şikâyetleri aynı adrese gönderilebilir. Google Play'deki bir uygulamayı Google'ın hukuki yardım merkezi üzerinden doğrudan Google'a da bildirebilirsiniz.
